Wedding Packages
We have listed below our wedding packages for your perusal. We can also tailor the packages to any specific needs or requests you may have.
Terms & Conditions
- Each package is based on a minimum number of 60 guests. Any booking under this number will incur a room hire fee of $500.00
- Room Hire of the Tennyson Room for up to 5 hours or up till 12pm Midnight. ($150.00 per hour thereafter)
- Full Waiter Service
- Full Set Up of Room Skirted Bridal, Cake and Gift Tables White Table Cloths and choice of colour for Napkins White Chair Covers
- Tables to seat 8-10 guests, set with quality napery, cutlery, crockery and glassware to suit menu and beverage selection
- Sole use of terrace, adjacent to The Tennyson Room for the duration of the reception
- Use of Centenary Garden for Pre Dinner Drinks
- Dance Floor Lectern and Microphone P A System and CD Player
- Ample Car Parking
Tentative bookings will be held for a maximum of fourteen days. At the expiry of the fourteen days, the tentative booking will be automatically cancelled. To confirm your booking an administration fee of $300.00 is required along with a security deposit of $200.00. In the event of an unexpected cancellation of the function, a refund of the administration fee and security deposit will only be made upon management discretion. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Prices and conditions are current for weddings held during 2008, but are subject to change without notice. Full payment of your account is required before your function. Confirmation of final numbers is required 72 hours before your reception. Due to licensing laws, The Brisbane Golf Club is unable to permit patrons bringing alcohol onto the premises. A surcharge will apply to your wedding package should you choose to book your wedding on a public holiday or long weekend.
