The Brisbane Golf Club is proud to be hosting the Isuzu Queensland Open for the 21st occasion from Thursday, 1 November to Sunday, 4 November.

Restrictions and Access to the Golf Course
The golf course will be closed for 8 days from Sunday, 28 October until Sunday, 4 November inclusive.
Members who make a pre-paid booking are permitted to play on Sunday, 28 October in the Play 9 Competition.
The leading male and female from the competition will qualify to Play 9 at the 2018 Men’s Australian Open on Saturday, 17 November 2018.
The prize includes: A weekend pass for the 2018 Australian Open as guests of Golf Australian, return economy air travel to Sydney, two nights accommodation (Friday and Saturday nights), $200 to cover local transport and meals, attendance at the Play 9 presentation reception, tickets to the Australian Open champion’s cocktail reception on Sunday evening and a player gift pack.

Please note the spare holes, driving range, practice chipping area and the practice putting greens will also be closed from Sunday, 28 October to Sunday, 4 November inclusive.
Entry to the Isuzu Queensland Open is FREE.
The Clubhouse car park will be used for officials, sponsors, staff and players and is therefore closed to Members during the week.
Car parking will be available adjacent to Hole 12 with access from Walker Street.
The Member’s Lounge will be open to all from Sunday, 28 October to Saturday, 3 November.
On Sunday, 4 November, only Members and Guests will be permitted access to the Member’s Lounge, however, the Member’s Lounge will be closed between 11am and 3pm whilst the Championship Lunch is being held.
On Sunday, 4 November, the deck on the front of the Clubhouse will also be closed from 11am to 5pm.
The Tennyson Room will be closed to Members and guests all week.
The Men’s Locker Room will be used by players during the week.
The Ladies’ Locker Room will be used as office space for the PGA of Australia during the week.
Lockers in the Men’s Locker Room will not be required to be emptied.
As a result both Locker Rooms are closed to Members during the week, however, the toilets in the Ladies’ Locker Room will be open via the side door.

Our Lunch Menu (using the Member’s Lounge Menu) will be available from 11am to 3pm on Sunday, 4 November.
The Golf Shop will be open every day as per normal.
Please Nepresso Coffee is now available to be purchased from the Golf Shop.
The Drinks Cart will be in operation on Saturday, 3 November and Sunday, 4 November between 11am and 4pm.
ProAm Member Ballot
The Brisbane Golf Club will host a Tournament Pro-Am on Tuesday, 30 October and Wednesday, 31 October.
The Brisbane Golf Club will be conducting a ballot for two members to play alongside the professionals at the Pro-Ams.
To enter the ballot simply send an email with your name, membership number and contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org before 5pm on Tuesday, 16 October.
The four winners (two for each Pro-Am) will be contacted by telephone within 24 hours of the ballot being conducted.
The Isuzu Queensland Open simply wouldn’t happen without the assistance of volunteers. The Brisbane Golf Club is extremely proud to be oversubscribed in terms of volunteers.
A volunteer roster will be emailed to all volunteers two weeks prior to the event.
A volunteer Induction Session will be held in The Tennyson Room at 3pm on Sunday, 28 October.
Volunteers will be required to register daily 15 minutes before the commencement of their shift at the Office.
Volunteers will each receive a lunch pack for each shift worked. This can be collected from the Member’s Lounge between 10am and 1pm.

Copies of the course map will be available at the entrances to the golf course each day.

Daily Tee Times
Daily tee times will be announced by Golf Queensland and made available online.
Grandstands will be located on Hole 11 and Hole 18 and seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Access to the golf course will be via the main entrance on Tennyson Memorial Avenue and the car park on Hole 12.
Whilst they will be no cash out facilities non-members can use payWave in all of our outlets.
Members are required to turn their mobile phone off and put it on silent at all times.
Digital/ video cameras are strictly prohibited. Only those with official media accreditation are permitted to use digital/video cameras.
Lost and Found
All lost property is to be directed to the Golf Shop.
The Isuzu Queensland Open may still continue in rainy conditions.
If the weather is potentially dangerous a siren will sound and play will be suspended. If the siren sounds Members are advised to seek shelter immediately in a safe location.
St John Ambulance personnel will be available and can be contacted via the Golf Shop in case of an emergency.
In addition to mobile phones and digital/video cameras the following items are also prohibited: large eskies, milk crates and step ladders; signs, posters or banners; firearms, weapons or explosives; alcoholic beverages and/or glass bottles; bicycles; motorised carts; and pets.
Members will not be permitted to drive motorised carts on the golf course during the Isuzu Queensland Open.
Players will not sign autographs during their rounds.
